Woodcliff Renovation is a private lakehouse retreat, thoughtfully expanded from a modest single-story, 1,200-square-foot home into a spacious two-story residence designed for a growing extended family. CoCreate Design Studio was engaged to create a warm, inviting environment that balances rustic charm with modern comfort. Rich wood tones, natural materials, and earthy textures were carefully selected to reflect the lakefront setting. The expanded living spaces and open-concept design provide a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas — creating a comfortable and functional space for family gatherings and entertaining.
